What Do I Teach?

Elementary to early intermediate piano, including pre-reading to students of all ages

Repertoire

Students will have the opportunity to learn a variety of repertoire including baroque, classical, romantic, Canadian, and popular pieces.

Musicianship

Students will learn essential musicianship skills such as sight reading and ear training which helps to improve overall piano playing.

Theory

Students will have the option of learning piano theory, guiding them to understand the piano and music in a more comprehensive way.

Performance Skills

Students will learn performance skills such as performance etiquette, dealing with errors, and reducing performance anxiety.
